Strict Mode & Anti-Bypass Locks
Lock in your focus boundaries. Once a Strict Mode session begins, cancelling on a whim or bypassing focus rules is restricted.
Timer Lock Safeguard
When Strict Mode is active, session timers cannot be shortened or stopped early during momentary fatigue. Your focus perimeter remains active until the timer completes.
Scheduled Rest Windows
Configure scheduled break intervals (e.g. 5-minute break every 50 minutes). Rest without ending your overall session structure.
