Upon cancelling, your Pro focus features remain 100% active until the last day of your current active billing cycle.

No further automated charges will ever occur once your cancellation is confirmed. No hidden cancellation fees.
Refund Eligibility Exceptions
Confirmed Technical Incompatibility
If a critical software bug or OS conflict renders Whiiteroom completely unusable on your device, and our developer support team is unable to resolve it within 7 business days of your report, we will grant a 100% full refund.
Duplicate Billing Transactions
If our billing gateway accidentally charges you twice for the same billing period, notify us within 30 days and we will instantly process a full refund for the duplicate transaction.
5 to 7 Business Days
Approved refunds credit directly back to your original payment card or UPI source.
