Terms & Conditions

Unless otherwise indicated, all source code, software builds, interface designs, graphical layouts, branding trademarks, logos, and Website elements (collectively, "Content") are owned, controlled, or licensed by the Whiiteroom developer team.

Except as explicitly stated, no part of the Service may be copied, reproduced, aggregated, republished, distributed, sold, licensed, or otherwise exploited for commercial purposes without our express prior written permission.

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to execute Whiiteroom on personal devices solely for your personal productivity. You strictly agree not to:

• Decompile, reverse engineer, or attempt to extract source code of client builds.
• Distribute, sell, rent, lease, sublicense, or transfer the Software.
• Circumvent or bypass subscription check mechanisms.
• Modify, alter, or create derivative works based on the Software.

The Software may utilize or bundle third-party libraries, packages, or utilities governed by open-source licenses (such as Electron). To the extent required by those respective open-source licenses, their terms shall apply in lieu of these licensing terms.

To access premium features, you must register for an account and agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete registration details.
• Maintain password confidentiality.
• Accept sole responsibility for all activities under your account credentials.
• Not share or transfer your account with third parties.

From time to time, we may offer preview or beta features within the Software. Beta Features are provided for testing purposes and are marked accordingly. You acknowledge that Beta Features may contain bugs, errors, or performance issues, and you use them entirely at your own risk.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account, or revoke your active Software licenses, if we verify or reasonably suspect:

• A violation of these Terms or related policies.
• Fraudulent transaction activities or payment gate bypass attempts.
• Attempts to distribute cracked or modified copies of the Software.
• Behavior that harms or attempts to harm the Whiiteroom infrastructure.

THE SERVICE AND SOFTWARE ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SOFTWARE WILL BE COMPLETELY BUG-FREE OR OPERATE WITHOUT OCCASIONAL INTERRUPTIONS.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL THE WHIITEROOM DEVELOPERS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, LOST REVENUE, DATA LOSS, OR LOST PRODUCTIVITY ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE SOFTWARE.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the Software, Website, or email where appropriate. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh, India.
